Bicycle Transport in EVB Busses
Usually you can take your bike on all EVB busses, but wheelchairs and children’s push chairs enjoy priority. In case of high passenger numbers it is possible that the bus driver has to tell you to take another mean of transport or to wait for the next bus.
On the bus and during (dis-)embarkment the cyclist is responsible to avoid any safety losses, danger and damages caused by the bicycle. You are liable for all such harm caused by your bike.
Tariff for bicycles within the VBN
A day-ticket for your bike costs within the pay scale areas I, II, A, B and S 1.50 EUR, while a day-ticket for the whole net costs 3.00 EUR.
Tariff for bicycles within the VNN
All bike tickets within VNN are equivalent to a single ticket for children.
Tariff for bicycles within the HVV
Take your bike for free on all bus lines within the HVV. In our train you have to pay a day-biketicket within the HVV for 3.50 EUR.
