155 of our 300 employees (july 2008) work on our railway system, another 90 work on or with our busses and coaches. Our four travel agencies employ another 16 staff. In addition, we have 18 trainees in various departments and six persons work to ensure quality in the EVB. Most of these employees look after the operational side of our busses and trains and in customer service.

But let us not forget about the staff that work in other important departments such as infrastructure, security, administration and depots. They ensure the safe running of our trains and busses. That is why we heavily invest in people to ensure a high standard of training and competence.

The IHK (chamber of commerce and trade) Stade awarded the EVB for its performance the mark of quality of the pact on apprenticeship of Lower-Saxony.
