The offer of attractive and customer oriented connections for busses and trains of the EVB is always being advanced with the help of customer requests and the public transport authority. We aim very good connections to the big cities Hamburg, Bremen and Bremerhaven as well as to other administrative places and schools. - On-time connections and reliability
We strive to achieve punctuality on all our bus and train lines to satisfy our customers interests. If it is not possible to keep the timetable the best will be done to enable the passengers further connections. - Information
It is self-evident for us to inform clearly and prompt so that travelling with busses and trains is easy. Pocket sized time-tables and understandable information posters are updated frequently. New information will be posted electronically and in printed form at our stops. - Comfort
Travelling with EVB means travelling in modern busses and trains that are save, clean and comfortable. Vehicles are cleaned and inspected on a regular basis to guaranty this. Our rolling stock will constantly be renewed and adopted to our customers needs. - Safety
Busses and trains of the EVB are always in the best condition. In case of an accident or emergency in one of our vehicles our skilled personnel can help or request for help via our central office. - Cleanliness
The EVB is always anxious to welcome you onboard of appealing and proper busses, trains and stations. Defilements and damages are being remedied a.s.a.p. - Management of complaints
Contact to our customers is very important to us. Written messages of customers will be answered quickly, friendly and honestly. If this cannot be done promptly, our customers receive an intermediate reply. Additionally our customers can establish a personal contact to the EVB in our travel-agencies in Bremervörde, Harsefeld and Zeven. - Apprenticeship and further professional trainning
Our personnel enjoy additional qualifications and continuation courses on a regular basis. They are well qualified and serve our customers in the best way. - Environment
